The corresponding classical and nonclassical direct and inverse problems of mathematical physics and methods of their solutions are formulated and constructed. On the basis of computer simulation and analysis of the solutions the new regularities of thermomechanical behavior and changes of the structural state of solids, depending on the material properties and parameters of external effect are established.
