Aim of study: to develop new methods for treatment of thyroid and adrenal tumors that allow to decreasing the risk of relapses and complications. Methods: cinical-epidemiological, biochemical, morphological, ultrasonic statistics. Results: It was revealed that postoperative hypothyroidism is developed in 25% of patientsthe at hemithyroid performance in case of thyroid cancer. The method of minimally invasive thyroidectomy, which allows to perform surgery with a much smaller incision, less complications and shorter patient's stay in hospital was developed. The frequency of BRAF V600E mutations is more than 50%, while there is a clear correlation with the age of patients. The thyroidectomy with 131I ablation therapy, regardless of the tumor size, can be considered an Optimal treatment choice in all patients with papillary thyroid cancer with positive BRAF mutations. Number of postoperative hypocalcemia increases with the duration of the operation over 60 minutes. The operation time and postoperative complications were significantly reduces while modern electrosurgical instruments LigaSure (Valleylab, USA) or Patonmed EKVZ-300 (Ukraine) were used.
