Research Methods - a set of analytical methods: chemical, spectral, atomic absorption, ion-selective, ICP-MS and others. To determine the main forms of migration of chemical elements - thermodynamic calculations and the results of experimental work. In developing the criteria geochemical conducted monitoring of the environment (surface water and bottom sediments of natural water, vegetation). The regularities of the distribution of chemical elements and features of their geochemical behavior in the food chain at the forecast of ecological and geochemical situation. Established specialty man-made and natural geochemical anomalies, which allowed to determine the intensity and the degree of contamination. It was determined that soil areas under the influence of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy and metal and chemical industry contain heavy metals in quantities of tens or hundreds of times greater than the natural geochemical background. Most of the soil contaminated with heavy metals of industrial and residential areas in the zone of influence of metallurgy enterprises, less - under the influence of the chemical industry and mechanical engineering. In the study of the natural geochemical anomalies identified that the main income of the Earth's interior elements are arsenic, fluorine, mercury, radon. With the help of geochemical criteria established natural and man-made factors are identified and their impact on the occurrence and course of endemic diseases.
