Karazin popup.description2 The objects of research: mechanisms of formation and fly-off of secondary particles in excited states on surface of complex oxides; multi functional structures with a tungsten coatings on a stainless steel; metal hydride forming zirconium-based alloys; long-term changes in the temperature behavior of light reflection and scattering with surfaces of metal, dielectrics, semiconductors, natural minerals; multilayer structure with functional tungsten coating on stainless steel; The purpose of work: determining the processes leading to the formation of excited particles at the ion irradiation of complex oxides. Investigation of mechanisms of annealing of different types of radiation defects formed during the sequential sample irradiation by Не+, D+ ions; establishing their influence on the crystal structure of the tungsten coating and its surface and determination the radiation resistance of such coatings in perspective multilayer structures for functional fusion devices. Studies by mass spectrometry of secondary ions of interaction of hydrogen with the surface of zirconium-based alloys, alloying with Fe and V on the monolayer level in different experimental conditions. Definition of mechanisms determining changes in the temperature dependence of the reflection and scattering of light by surface of different materials Research methods: optical spectral analysis of the excited particles radiation - ion-photon spectrometry, thermal desorption mass spectrometry, electron microscopy, mass spectrometry of secondary ions, methods of the temperature dependences of light reflection and scattering from surface. The spectral composition, quantum yield, spatial distribution of the radiation of excited particles ejected by the Ar+ ion beam bombardment of surfaces of complex oxides of various compositions (spinels, garnets) were studied. The differences of the spectral composition and the energy distribution of the excited metal particles knocked out from the oxides compared with corresponding pure metals were defined. It was established the differences in the spectral compositions of the yttrium excited particles knocked out from the garnets with varying density of electronic states. The influence of pre-implantation of He+ (or D+) ions on the accumulation of deuterium (or helium) and their thermal desorption in a vacuum for the tungsten coating composite structures after consecutive ion irradiation by He+, D+ or D+, He+, respectively was analyzed. The types of formed radiation defects and mechanisms of their annealing were defined. In tungsten coatings irradiated by such ions separately and sequentially the following types of radiation damage were formed: defects of the vacancy type, interstitial dislocation loops, gas - vacancy complexes. A study of the dynamics of elementary processes of hydrogen interaction with the surface of the intermetallic alloys Zr2Fe and Zr33,3Fe16,7V50 at elevated hydrogen partial pressures in the target chamber in the temperature range 300 - 1000 K under irradiation of Ar+ ion beam with energies of 8 - 16 keV were done.
