Karazin popup.description2 The research object is a plasma in axisymmetric tokamaks, the electron-cyclotron waves, the overdense plasma structures, the pulses of radiation, the surface electromagnetic waves, a metamaterials, the stochastic heating and the gas-discharge plasma. An aim of work is theoretical research of surface electromagnetic waves on the boundary of the metamaterials with a dissipative dielectrics, study of influence of two-dimension inhomogeneous structure of confining magnetic field on absorption of cyclotron waves in axisymmetric tokamaks, theoretical research of function of distribution of energy of electrons under conditions when the stochastic heating acquires resonant character and experimental study of the conditions of generation of powerful short pulses of radiation in the range of a vacuum ultraviolet. The research methods are an experiment, a theoretical analysis and a computer modelling. The dispersive properties and distribution of the electromagnetic fields of surface electromagnetic waves are studied on boundary of metamaterials with a dielectrics with losses. It has been demonstrated the possibility of compensation of losses of energy of wave is due to metamaterials with positive amplification factors. The instability of electron-cyclotron waves was investigated in a cylindrical magnetic mirror in the process of the electronic-cyclotron heating of plasma. The conditions of development of instability of electron-cyclotron waves are analyzed in the plasma that is contained by homogeneous or heterogeneous the magnetic fields. It was shown that practically all charged particles in a magnetic mirror are trapped between magnetic mirrors in case of large mirror relation. It has been shown that the generation of peak radiation take place at the terms of sharp input in the digit of additional energy due to the sharp increase of active tension of gas digit. The basic mechanism of plasma heating in the zone of generation is a beam mechanism in which a powerful electron bunch is formed in the double electric layer of space charge. The kinetic equation has been obtained for the of energy distribution function of electrons for arbitrary potential under conditions of the stochastic heating of particles, a period of motion of that in the ambipolar potential pit is multiple to the period of the electromagnetic wave.
