Objective: To study the processes of reactive ion-plasma synthesis of nanocomposite structures from the combined flows of charged and chemically active species and development on their basis of a new generation of technologies for the synthesis of multi-layer functional coatings, including nanocomposites, coatings and structures for the needs of nano-electronics, biomedicine, nuclear energy and engineering . The research method: measurement of parameters of the magnetron and the high voltage EH discharge, examining the surface structure and physical properties of the synthesized coatings. The report presents the results of the development of new technologies for the synthesis of complex-composite ceramic coatings and structures using multifunctional cluster ion-plasma system. In particular, we studied the application of two-layer coatings AlN/Al2O3 and complex-composite oxynitride coatings by reactive magnetron ZrON synthesis. Also, using the physical sputtering method of a complex-composite target by ion source "Radical" the film synthesis technology of ZnWO4 luminescent material and the bioactive hydroxyapatite Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 coatings have been developed.
