The object of the work is high-energy processes and phenomena caused by high power radio facility transmissions from remote radio facilities in the Earth-atmosphere-ionosphere-magnetosphere system, as well as other accompanying natural high-energy processes. The subject of the research is experimental and empirical models of processes and phenomena by caused by high power radio facility transmissions from remote radio facilities, and accompanying natural high-energy processes. The methods of the research are experimental, theoretical, computer, and empirical modeling. The research results are as follows: A theoretical model of magnetosphere-ionosphere disturbances in the Earth-atmosphere-ionosphere-magnetosphere system, as in a non-linear open dynamic system under the action of remote high power sources. The upgraded MF radar receiver and transmitter in the facility for remotely probing the ionosphere and the computer programs. These results could find application in forecasting changes in space weather and their consequences, radar, the operation of radio navigation, telecommunication, and electric power grids, which are vulnerable to environmental effects, as well as the human health and well-being.
