The main results of the scientific research on the second stage are: "Regulations on the organization of international cooperation in the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and Armed Forces of Ukraine" (project); "Regulations on the procedure for the development and evaluation of the implementation of the annual programmes of Ukraine-NATO" (project); "The Memorandum of joining to activities of the Centre of excellence NATO" (project); analysis of the main directions of development of operational capabilities of the Alliance after the Warsaw summit in 2016 (on the Eastern operational area); analysis system research and implementation of new military-strategic and operative development of the Alliance and proposals for cooperation with Centres of excellence; analysis standardization system and guidelines for classification, terminology and procedure implementation; the analysis of the system of NATO's defence planning based on capabilities and identify problem issues of the implementation of the system.
