Main goals:carbonate potassium salts are used for the production of optical, art glass and crystal glass, fiber optics, pharmaceuticals, explosives, liquid detergents, fire extinguishing powders, inks, concrete, and are used as the absorbent in the purification of process gases from the carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide and etc. In the agro-industrial complex of potassium carbonate saltsare highly concentrated chlorine-free potash fertilizers with the content of K2O 47-68 %, the efficiency is particularly significant for acidic soils. KHCO3 has advantages over K2CO3 in storage and use. It belongs to low humectants and preserveits flowability during the storage period, is an important factor in its use as a chlorine-freepotassium fertilizer. Existing technologies of chlorine-free potash fertilizers have significant drawbacks - the complexity of processes because of their multistaging, low outlet and purity, significant energy and operating costs especially ofevaporation and crystallizationprocesses, the high cost of electricity.
