The aim of the work is the development of models, methods, and applied information technology for improvement planning efficiency of innovative development of industries of Ukraine, as well as development of theory and methods of modeling, optimization, coordination, and robust limited control of supply chains based on the method of predictive control and method of invariant ellipsoids in the conditions of considerable uncertainty. Methods of research: methods of simulation modeling, control theory, system analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory, optimization techniques, experimental design theory, the theory of efficiency of social production. The method of multi-criteria optimization of industry development plans on the basis of solution of optimization problem with tree criteria with algorithmic objective functions, algorithmic and analytical constraints and boolean variables was developed. The simulation model for forecasting scientific and technological development of economic activities in Ukraine was improved. The method of selection of project management methodology based on solving of optimization problem with three criteria: labor costs, management costs and the risks involved, which allows to quantify the advantages and disadvantages of the methodology, which is selected, and improve the quality of project management, was developed. The applied information technology for formation of the national-level portfolios was developed. The methods for robust multi-agent management of supply chains for the supply of structural systems with parametric uncertainty in times of uncertainty with the limited external demand and the presence of asymmetric structural constraints on the values of the state and control actions were developed. The information technology of optimal dynamic routing and vehicle management was developed. The methods of calculation of the preliminary and the actual effect of innovations based on research intensity, probabilistic nature of economic processes, as well as the stage of implementation and realization of R&D were developed. These obtained research results are consistent with the world level achievements in mathematical modeling and computational methods. The results of research have been used in the development of the Kharkiv region development strategy for the period up to 2020, in particular the section "Industry" and "Science and Innovation".
