The purpose was to determine the effect of complex of chemical additives with specified functionality, which molecular structure corresponds to the composition of alkaline cement, on rheological properties of building mixtures in the form of suspensions with varying degrees of dilution, as well as on physical and mechanical properties of materials obtained on their basis. The research methods: physical and chemical methods, physical and mechanical methods for the determination of normal consistency, setting time and plastic strength of cement paste, the density of grouting mortars, their water separation, plastic viscosity, static and dynamic shear stress, consistency and water-holding capacity of mortars, consistency of concrete mixes, mortars characteristics - the compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength of adhesion to the base, characteristics of concrete - compressive strength, tensile strength, prismatic strength, elastic modulus, Poisson ratio, frost resistance and durability. The result of research was revealed influence of chemical nature of admixtures and their complexes, selected up to the composition of alkaline cement, on rheological properties of building mixtures as slurries with varying dilution and obtained materials.
