The aim of the project is the the development and optimization construction and technological solutions of flexible thin-film solar cells based on CdS/CdTe system for the assembly of hybrid termofotoenergy unit for autonomous heating and hot water supply for military and civil purposes. Methods of research are comprehensive analysis of electrical, optical and structural properties of the individual layers, which are included in the construction of solar cells, and the output parameters illuminated diode characteristics and efficiency of fabricated device structures.The main scientific and technical results are the following. Theoretical study of methods for manufacturing solar cells based on cadmium sulfide and telluride allows to identify ways to improve their efficiency. Firstly developed a theoretical description of quasi-closed space, which allows to carry out an assessment of condensation conditions before experiment. Proposed by the activation of the thermionic emission to increase the effectiveness of DC magnetron sputtering method for obtained CdS films with stable hexagonal modification, and the average transmittance in the visible range at a level 80%. The photoelectric properties of back configuration flexible solar cells, obtained by DC magnetron sputtering has been investigated. It is shown that ITO/CdS heterosystem cooling before forming the CdTe layer and followed heating leads to an increase of solar cells efficiency and open circuit voltage. It has been designed a model of "thin-film solar cells / thermal collector" system and using Solid Works Flow Simulations software package carried out the simulation of thermal processes.
