List of references - 101. Goal: the Improvement of intensive therapy of patients with bacterial and viral mixed neuroinfections based on certain etiotropic-pathogenetic and clinical features, developed innovative methodologies of treatment. Object of study: the pathological process in patients with infectious lesions of the nervous system. Research methods: clinical (neurologic, therapeutic), epidemiological, immunological, virological, serological, bacteriological, molecular-genetic, experimental, instrumental (chromatography, MRI and other electro - and ear), statistical. A clinical study was performed in 976 patients with infectious lesions of the nervous system, experimental – 30 animals (white rats). The most significant results of the research: 1. For the first time in Ukraine thoroughly studied etiopathogenetic and clinical features of viral, bacterial, mycotic, protozoal mixed neuroinfections acquired more level of quality medical care. 2. First in the world experimental study of biological effects and safety of antibacterial drugs (clindamycin, Meropenem, levofloxacin, rifamycin) on animals with expediency of its application in the clinic. 3. The world's first clinical studies of the concentration of drugs (clindamycin, Meropenem, levofloxacin) in the cerebrospinal fluid, the therapeutic efficacy and safety of preparations in patients with bacterial mono-and mixed-infection. 4. World's first case of severe and medium severe forms of the flow neuroinfections certain technologies intratekalno pathogenetic etiotropic therapy can significantly improve the efficiency of etiopathogenetic therapy, to reduce mortality. 5. A world first created the draft standard local clinical Protocol for providing medical care based on the latest technology for patients of infectious lesions of the nervous system. In the process of execution of work received: 10 new technologies; 4 patent for utility model; local Protocol; conducted scientific seminars - 6, reports – 21; published 74 articles (articles 44, abstracts – 30, including 15 abroad), the national educational welfare – the 2nd volume).
