The research aims - the development of new theoretical models and obtaining data about: - influence of nano- and microparticles on parameters of nonstationary dusty plasma with an inert gas (argon, neon and others) as a working gas; - properties of a dusty plasma afterglow with oxygen as a working gas. - effects of nano- and microparticles on parameters of a dusty plasma with CO2 as a working gas. The research methods - theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. A theoretical model for dusty plasma in the afterglow regime, where the frequency of elastic electron-atom collisions has a power-law dependence of electron energy (that is typical for many of inert gases for energies less than the threshold of excitation energy), is developed. Analytical expressions for description of the electron energy distribution function are obtained. Using these expressions, other parameters of non-stationary dusty plasma are calculated for the case, when the working gas is one of inert gases. Using the hydrodynamic approach, it is studied properties of dusty plasma in the afterglow regime with the oxygen as a working gas. The theory is developed and the electron energy distribution functions and other parameters for a plasma with nano- and micro-particles are determined for the case when CO2 is the working gas.
