The purpose of the work is science research and project designs for flooding and underflooding production, that aims to prevent the development of dangerous geological processes and their negative impact in town Berdiansk. Physical and mechanical properties of the soil, with samples taken in the coastal zone of town Berdiansk, that are subjected to flooding and underflooding, like humidity, grading, deformative properties were determined. Science research was performed that is intended to become the first step of a complex scientific and practical research of Berdiansk town territory protection from underflooding and flooding and dangerous geological processes and their consequences.
