Investigation of the solid-phase interaction of La2O3 (hexagonal modification of A) and Er2O3 (Yb2O3) cubic modification of rare earth oxides, C, Tl2O3) structure in the investigated temperature range showed that in La2O3-Er2O3 (Yb2O3) systems three types of solid solutions are formed: on the basis of hexagonal modification of A-La2O3, a cubic modification of C-Er2O3 (Yb2O3), and an ordered phase of LaEr (Yb) O3 (R), which crystallizes in a perovskite structure with a rotational distortion that are separated by two-phase fields (A + R) and (R + C) , respectively.
