Subject of research: technological methods of vibration reduction; reinforcement of thin-walled structures workpieces special technological environments; use of end mills with replaceable angles of cutting teeth; the modulation speed of the main cutting motion. The aim of the project is the scientific study and development of technological methods of suppressing the vibrations at the end milling of thin-walled elements of parts to obtain the required accuracy and surface finish. The article details the evolution of research into the forces in a cylindrical milling. It is shown that "the formula of power type" for the calculation of the forces do not reflect the physical nature of the cutting process, so in the industrialized countries, since the 60s, calculations of forces led by "structural formulas", in which the force is considered as the sum of the loads acting independently of the front and rear surface of the tool. Structurally designed device for measuring the amount of stock removal, and conditions for forming the profile of the treated surface and a device for the diagnosis of vibrations when milling thin-walled parts. Through the application of these devices experimentally determined the effect of the cutting conditions on performance, precision and quality of treatment and investigated the phenomenon of compromising the integrity of the contact with the media part. It is found that the vibrations arising in the final milling of thin-walled components parts are divided into five speed zones, each of which is characterized by various types of vibrations.
