The aim – substantiate theoretically and experimentally verify the virtual learning environment in professional formation of the future engineer-teacher. Methods: theoretical – analysis of monographs, dissertations, articles, proceedings of the conference, psychological, educational, technical literature on the study, the problems of using modern information and communication technology, legal and regulatory documents on higher education, generalization domestic and foreign experience of using technology virtual learning environment, modeling the educational process and pedagogical experiment in the use of virtual learning environment technology; empirical – pedagogical questionnaires, surveys, interviews with teachers and students, directly, indirectly monitor the process using technology virtual learning environment of student learning to improve the preparation process engineer-teacher, enhance cognitive activity, determine the level of ICT competence of teachers and students, statistical analysis of the results of pedagogical experiment and analysis. Theoretical and practical results – results of scientific research are used in the educational process engineer-teaching professions, including structuring curricula and the wide use of information and communication technologies. For this area defense dissertation of doctor of pedagogical sciences (doc. Tsidylo I., 2015), three candidate dissertation – Kabak V. (2014) Akulenko K. (2014), and Potapchuk О. (2106). Work is under way on the thesis (graduate students Bilyi V., Kozak V., Buchok Y., applicants Slavopas V., Volkova N.), published two monographs, over 50 articles in professional journals Ukraine and abroad al., implemented and executed course, diploma and master's works. Novelty of the results of the study is that: the ways of improving the modern ICT in the training of engineer-teacher in the field of computer technology; virtual learning environment designed to prepare engineers-teachers that provides for the exchange of information on distance and access to a potentially unlimited set of nature and sources of information. The results obtained during the execution of research themes implemented in the educational process of Ternopil National Pedagogical University named Gnatyuk, Lutsk National Technical University and others.
