The subject of the research is the tendencies and peculiarities of youth labor mobility under contemporary Ukrainian conditions. The aim of the research paper is to discover tendencies and peculiarities of labor mobility under the contemporary Ukrainian conditions and give recommendations on the regulation and effective control of labor movements on the territory of Ukraine and abroad. The research results. In the research paper, there have been studied and summarized the categories “labor force mobility” and “labor mobility”, and there has been justified and discovered the economic essence of labor mobility in the labor market, its functions, types and forms. There have been analyzed and summarized conceptual approaches towards studying of labor mobility in the context of socio-economic transformations in the country. There have also been studied technical approaches and instruments used for youth labor mobility evaluation; and labor mobility evaluation of Ukrainian youth has been conducted. There have been discovered the factors that influence the decisions concerning labor movements and major risk factors that influence the character of labor movements. Following the results of the analysis, there have been developed effective instruments and techniques to influence the factors that encourage young people to make decisions concerning labor movements. Throughout the project, there have been proposed methodical recommendations on the regulation of Ukrainian youth labor migration, and intensifying of this process for aims of improvement, development, efficient use and preserving the national human capital.
