Investigate the parameters of the synthesis of alloys of the Ti-Zr-Nb system from powder materials with additional thermomechanical influence on the sintered material to improve mechanical properties. Method of research. Experimental studies. X-ray diffraction analysis, high-temperature X-ray analysis, high-temperature dilatometry and mass spectrometry, optical and scanning electron microscopy, hydrostatic weighing, mechanical tests. Theoretical studies. Mathematical modeling. Finite Element Method. Results The regularities of formation of Ti-Zr-Nb alloys from mixtures of flooded powders were established, the main characteristics of the obtained materials and the influence of additional hot deformation on them were determined. It has been experimentally shown that multi-pass screw extrusion results in saturation of the mechanical properties of the treated material, indicating the appearance of an ideal plastic state in the treated material. The threshold value of the accumulated plastic deformation for the ideal plastic behavior of titanium with screw extrusion is determined. Forecast use of work results. The results of the work can be used in the development of technology for obtaining new materials with improved performance characteristics for medical use.
