Objects of research - two-dimensional electron gas Dirac electrons collective excitation of the electron gas, plasmons, polar optical phonons, defects. Subjects of study - the conductivity of graphene, electro-magnetic field, work out, the local surface potential, surface morphology, Raman spectroscopy, hysteresis, screening. Purpose - construction of linear response theory of electrons and collective effects of their interaction in graphene, research of the hysteresis effects in the structure of graphene, synthesis of carbon nanostructures and their complex research, development of the theory of detecting terahertz radiation using plasmon nanostructures. Research methods - modern methods of theoretical physics, magnetron sputtering, thermal treatment, vacuum annealing, atomic force microscopy, spectral ellipsometry and Raman micro-spectroscopy. A theory of linear response Dirac electrons in doped graphene in strong external electric field is developed. We found a possible drift region of instability in the terahertz frequency range. It is shown, that in systems with linear spectrum of electrons in addition to the usual plasmon waves and van Kampen waves there are additional waves due to branch points in the polarization function for Dirac electrons. The interaction with collective oscillations in Dirac electron gas and substrate's surface optical phonons leads to collapse of the plasmon-like branch due to abnormally strong screening effect near the branch points. The complex analytical model to describe the hysteresis effects in the structure of the graphene channel on substrates of different types is developed and can be used for rapid memory devices of new generation. The synthesis of carbon nanostructures and conducted comprehensive experimental studies of their characteristics are performed. A theory of detecting terahertz radiation using plasmon nanostructures. According to the results, we published 3 original works, made 10 presentations at international and national scientific conferences and prepared for publications 5 original works.
