The analysis of the causes is done and a set of measures is developed to increase the burn-out of the mixture at TP-100 and TPP-210 boilers. The technological solutions and the enterprise standard are proposed for fuel mixturing at fuel stock, for testing of homogeneity and for the safe pulverized burning of mixtures of anthracite with bituminous coal for Tripilska TPP. The technological solutions and the Zmievska TPP instructions are developed for safe operation of fuel handling in conditions when at one stock are stored in one boiler shop are used the significantly different coal grades. The values of explosivity are calculated for bituminous coal potential suppliers of Zmievska TPP and the requirements to the quality of coal products are developed to improve fire and explosion safety of the existing coal-pulverization systems.
