In particular, it was found that synthetic CHAP, REE-FHAP and igneous apatites are characterized by the presence of water molecules fixed in the structure (H2Ostr), and excess of fluorine ions outside channels (Fx), CHAP synthesis at low temperatures in aqueous medium is accompanied by the entry of OH groups into the channels, partial substitution of OH --- F leads to noticeable changes in the peculiarities of REE entry into apatite structure. It was shown that peculiarities of entry into the structure of molecules and ions of fluorine and water reproduce the conditions of the formation of apatite and the changes in its structure due to isomorphic substitutions.
