The proposals were included into the strategy for development of librarianship in Ukraine for the period up to 2025 named "Quality changes of libraries for providing permanent development of Ukraine"; basic acpects for modernization of a model for a comprehensive library and information services for scientific library users were determined; integrated library and information services accessible under distant conditions ("virtual references", "address and purpose-oriented information", "interactive scientific and methodical service") including "forestall" information for scholars were introduced and developed; corporatized relations with leading libraries, information, reseach, publishing institutions which are members and participants of united national system for abstracting of scientific Information of Ukraine ( new 52 institutions, new 70 titles of periodicals and proceedings) were developed and increased in number; scientific and methodical prinsiples for formation of the system for intellectual property protection at scientific libraries were developed; methods of registration for objects of intellectual property, esp. DBases founded in a process research were implemented. Theoretical and practical results of the research were tested in the process of library and information and research activities VNLU and libraries of research institutions National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, these results were presented to a wide public of researchers and library specialists during conferences, seminars, round tables in 2014-2016. In the process of research was published over 276 scientific papers, 3 books, 2 abstracts, 3 numbers of international collection of the international scientific conference, 6 scientific-methodological and scientific-information publications. Aim of the research was reached by means of solution for a complex of theoretical and scientific and applied tasks on determination for priority branches in development of library and information sphere, improvement for forms and methods of information and communication activity of a scientific library, which are minute presented in "VNLU Scientific Works" (Ed. 44, 46 et al.), monographs and other professional editions.
