The research goal was to experimentally substantiate the possibility of application of cryopreserved products of fetoplacental complex (PFPC) with various compositions for treatment of diseases autoimmune and a virus aetiology. The methods of initation of autoimmune and virus diseases, in particular adjuvant arthritis, experimental model of system virus infection caused by influenza A/Victoria virus; laboratory methods of estimation of immune system state by means of flow cytometry have been used in this work. The general and different mechanisms of immune corrective activity of cryopreserved placental cells and cord blood under development of autoimmune diseases (AIDs) and those of virus aetiology have been established. Features of tolerogenic cascade activation by these cells have been found in AIDs and of immunogenic one in virus infection. The methods and methodical approaches of human cord blood leukoconcentrate lyophilization for the purpose of further application in clinical practice have been developed.
