The work objective is the development of the new methods for the synthesis of 2-amino-3-alkylbutenedioic acid and 3-(alkyl,aryl)amino-4-pyrrole-2,5-diones derivatives, which are perspective agrochemicals and pharmaceutical medicines. Research methods is organic synthesis, elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy 1H and 13C, mass spectrometry, X-ray analysis, quantum-chemical methods, correlation analysis. The new method of the synthesis of N,N-dialkoxy-N'-arylureas and N,N-dialkoxycarbamates was developed. It has been established that transamination 1-alkyl-3-(alkyl)aminopyrrole-2,5-diones is realized because of the formation of tautomeric imine forms (without catalyst), С4-protonated forms (in the presence of protic acids) or complexes of the oxygen atom of the b-carbonyl group (in the presence of boron trifluoride etherate). It has been found the main factors which influence the inversion barriers and electronic structure of N-alkylimines. Area of application of the work results is the М 72.19 – research and experimental development in the natural and technical sciences.
