The objective of the work is - development technology of vibrocast alumosilicate product. Research methods are - chemical, petrographic, physical-mechanical. The researches on the development of production technology vibrocast alumosilicate products with content of Al2O3 ~ 50% with and without cement have been done. It has been found, that at increase in content of alumina (10; 12.5; 15%) and fraction 3-0.5 mm (50 to 60 %) of the calcined kaolin in the batch without cement, as well as at introduction of high-alumina cement (5 %) and alumina (15 %) in the batch with cement, decrease humidity with increase mass flowability by vibration and improve the properties of the green-body. The dependence of mass flowability storage time has been determined, which made possible to define the time of efficient and working mass flowability, the dwell time in the form of products. The optimums firing temperature (1450 and 1350 ° C) and batch's composition, with and without cement, to ensure receipt of the samples with high properties (average values: apparent density - 2.21 g / cm3, open porosity - 20.2 and 20.,3%; cold crashing strength - 68 and 69 N/mm2) have been determined. Projects of specifications and technical documentation have been developed. Have been made pilot batches of: crucibles and semi-rings for induction melting of heat-proof alloys, revolving kiln furniture and elements of different furnace lining, refractories for glass-melting furnaces. Work should continue in the direction of manufacturing work out production technology vibrocast alumosilicate products with content of Al2O3 ~ 50%, improving production technology crucibles for induction melting of heat-proof alloys, lining elements, refractories for glass-melting furnaces, and others.
