The purpose of the work is a production technology reprocessing of the ramming mullite corundum mix. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, thermo-mechanical ones. The influence researches of a combined milling continuance of alumina and quartz sand both without and with an additive of silica-organic liquid grade of "HSL-11 K" on the dispersion of a fine milling constituent of the ramming mullite corundum mix grade of "MMК-90", as well as properties of samples from this mix, have been carried out. It was founded that, the optimal amount of HSL-11 K additive, which introduction allows specific surface raising of the fine milling constituent of the mix and content increasing of particles with size of < 12 µm in this mix, as well as provides of a milling process intensification of the quartz sand, containing in the mixture of combined milling with alumina. The preparation continuance of the fine milling constituent of the ramming mix at the HSL-11 K additive using must be less than 45 min in order to avoid of excessive metallic iron content in the combined milling. It was shown that, the using in the mix composition of the combined milling of alumina and quartz sand, prepared with the HSL-11 K additive in the optimal amount, allows raising of cold crushing strength of samples after fire at a temperature of 1580 °С (by ~ 20-25 %), as well as their resistance to slag (by ~ 15 %), without additional energy consumption. As a result of the carried out researches, the production technology of the ramming mullite corundum mix grade of "MMК-90" was reprocessed. In PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches of mullite corundum ramming mix and products based on this mix, dry corundum spinel mix, mullite corundum mortar, mullite corundum mortar with chromium oxide additive, which are intended to metallurgical and machinebuilding plants of Ukraine, have been produced.
