Results of the 2016 stage: Together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, a collection of official data on completed suicides by the military has been introduced by introducing a questionnaire for investigators to analyze the cases of completed suicides among the military members of the ATO. Proposed changes in the official statistical report of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the identification of the provision of medical assistance to the military, ATO participants, as a result of deliberate self-harm (incomplete suicide attempt). A unified map of research on mental disorders in children and adolescents temporarily displaced from the combat zone and the occupied territories was developed and approved. Work was carried out on medical technology documents on standardization of medical care on the principles of evidence-based medicine (adapted clinical setting, unified clinical protocol). The number of servicemen trained in stationary psychiatric and narcological institutions of Ukraine during 2014-2015 is traced. Are in the management of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine; A study was conducted on the state of mental health of military personnel, receiving in-patient assistance in the Ukrainian state medical and social center of veterans of war (Kyiv region, Tsibli village) The work on studying and creating a department of crisis states for the provision of psychiatric care has been carried out.
