Objective: increasing of productivity and performance accuracy of computer mechatronic machine systems and optimal control in real time. Methods: mathematical modeling of dynamic processes in technological systems of heavy machine tools of different groups; experimental studies of the machining processes of critical parts. Theoretical and practical results: a part of the important scientific and practical task of increasing the efficiency of the machining of critical parts is developed. It consists in the development of models and techniques for the structural and parametric synthesis of heavy CNC lathes, the rationale for optimization criteria and the constraints on the controlled parameters of the process of efficient machining on heavy machines. Novelty: on the basis of analytical and experimental studies, general scientific approaches to the formation of the structure of an optimization mathematical model for predicting the structure of failures of assembly cemented-carbide cutters for heavy lathes in operation by indirect signs characterizing their state are formulated; criteria, target functions and limitations for optimizing cutting modes are created when creating cutting standards to improve the reliability of the computer mechatronic machine systems performance, which for the first time allow controlling the cutting process in real time. The effectiveness of implementation: the results will improve performance and reduce power consumption of machining heavy engineering components by the adaptive control process.
