The aim of work consists in development of plan, collection and analysis of information on the modern state of the registration-analytical and control providing of control system on the enterprises of Ukraine. Theoretical and methodological basis of research was made by works of home and foreign anchorwomen of scientists and specialists in area of complex analysis of efficiency of functioning of the organizational systems and structures of management of enterprise. Laws and normative acts of Ukraine, and also statistical data, methods of statistical, analysis of the systems, expert estimations, were in-process used. The dialectical method of cognition of processes and phenomena became the fundamental method of research. The traditional економіко-статистичні methods of analysis are used also.
