Research methods. During scientific research the general scientific and specific methods of research were applied, namely: analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, scientific generalization, historical and logical; Method of questioning; Systemic and economic analysis; Matrix method for staff assessment. During the work: the theoretical aspects of personnel motivation are considered; An analysis of existing approaches to motivating staff, corporate culture and controlling labor behavior in the context of personnel management; The influence of corporate culture on the level of motivation of personnel of an industrial enterprise is researched; Assessment of the state of corporate culture at PJSC "Ukrelectroaparat"; The necessity of forming a "compensation package" as a modern tool for increasing the level of personnel motivation at the investigated enterprise is substantiated; An estimation of the system of motivation at the industrial enterprise; Theoretical aspects of forming the controlling of labor behavior of personnel at the present stage of development of a market economy are considered; Ways of increasing the motivation of the personnel on the basis of controlling labor behavior are proposed.
