It is shown that the electron-phonon scattering is the dominant mechanism of temperature dependence of the plasmon amplification factor of photoluminescence of molecules, including rhodamine 6G and fullerite C60 which are in plasmon field of metal nanoparticle (in the temperature range of 78 - 298 K). It is found that the dependence of the spectral characteristics of the bands of the collective plasmon modes of dense 2D-array of silver nanoparticles on the intensity of the laser radiation is the result of the effects of resonance coherent interaction of plasmon dipoles with a field of a laser beam and heating of mentioned nanostructure caused by the heating of metal nanoparticles and subsequent transfer of heat to the matrix.
