The research results are used for building energy management system in institutions of MES of Ukraine. The research results constitute proven scientific and methodological basis for solving problems of improvement of energy efficiency and education facilities can be used in other areas when: the development of regulations for the assessment of energy efficiency of buildings, energy audit, building energy management sectors and institutions; improvement rating system for evaluating the quality of education institutions, by introducing "energy efficiency index"; in solving problems of monitoring, analyzing and planning energy costs.
