For the first time it was shown that the spread of lactobacilli depends more on a type of plant material and less - on a climatic zone. For the first time it was revealed that the presence of genes of plantaricin operon shows more genetic diversity than RAPD-PCR. For the first time the diversity of L. plantarum in biofilm formation was found for the strains from different geographical zones. Basing on a complex of characteristics, the best strains and their consortia were chosen for the fermentation of mushrooms and stimulation of plant growth. A technology of biopreparation for fermentation of mushrooms and vegetables was developed. A technology of production of biopreparation for plant growth stimulation was developed.
