The work was directed to the study of structural, electronic, adsorption, transport, biological nanoscale effects in these systems. Fundamental and practical goals were set. This is the theoretical study of the tribological properties of the lubricant film; studies of metal oxide interfaces; spectral studies of thin films of tetracene, calculations of the equilibrium structures of adsorbed layers of metal electronic structure for layered systems Au, Ag, Be, Mg, Pd and Ho on the surface of Mo (112) and Mo (110), the study of the influence of the structure of sub-monolayer films of oxygen on work function of the Mo (112) surface. Influence of surface functionalization of Au (111) by organic films on its adsorption properties were investigated. A method of production of light-emitting samples based on organometallic composite was created. Light emitting structures were prepared and its optical properties were investigated.
