What basically they are based on a static approach is established. Therefore the dynamics of information provision of radio engineering systems remains hidden, which is an obstacle to forecasting the processes of extracting information and radio control. A series of information analysis methods that use data on transient processes in replacement systems or based on analogies with multi-element physical systems are developed in this paper. The procedure for using the proposed methods is considered for information measurement systems, erratic systems and human operator. Taken into account that the functioning of any radio engineering system can occur in normal or critical modes. In the latter case, need to have possibility to predict the course of further events. The obtained results can be used in the process of modernization of radio engineering systems and at the initial stage of the development of new radio engineering systems.
