The gamma- and beta - spectrometer researches are carried out of the received soil examples by using of anti-Compton and beta spectrometers. Nuclei of 60Co, 134,137Cs, 154,155Eu, 241Am is observed up to the depth of 30 cm in all ground cuts. On sites with soddy-weakly podzolic dusty-sandy soils on long-alluvial sands to a depth of 30 cm, the presence of 137Cs, 90Sr and 241Am isotopes is observed. In the upper layers of the ground, 243Am and 243Сm were identified on the territory of the research ground. Experiments were carried out with the two strains of C.cladosporium 4061 and C.cladosporium 4 micromycetes and the two fuel particles SL-15 and SL-4, in which 154Eu activity was observed. After analyzing of the results obtained, it was first determined that the aforementioned strains of micromycetes convert 154Eu with bound in the form of solid fuel particles into biologically accessible forms. A control experiment in which only nutrient solution and "hot" particles were used for the same duration of the experiment as with the two strains of micromycetes showed no significant 154Eu activity. It was revealed that accumulation of 154Eu in these strains is commensurate with accumulation of 137Cs. Kx-Ray of uranium is observed, which indicates a transformation into soluble forms of uranium, which was in fuel particles. Forecasts for the development of the research object are to the disclosure of the role of symbiotic mycorrhiza-forming fungi in the root supply of technogenic radionuclides. This will allow developing new approaches to the organization of protective measures in crop production in radioactively contaminated areas. Product Description popup.authors А.М. Саврасов В.О.
