Results of study on the large clinical series of patients demonstrate: significance of larynxexamination before and after thyroid surgery, necessary of implementing of complex measures to avoid damage of neck nerves during thyroidectomy; leading role of study the vitamin D deficiency in diagnosis and treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism; practicability of using the new developed scheme of endoscopic ports placement for laparoscopic adrenalectomy, original way of spleen fixation after left laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Results of study allow significantly increasing of efficacy and quality of treatment, shortening the treatment expense, diminishing the rate of complications and time of patients recovery.
