The research objectives are systems studies in the determination of lines for developing space technology, and scientific and technical support for projects of the National Target-Oriented Scientific and Technical Program of Ukraine. The research methods: systems analysis, information and analytical one. The results obtained: scientific and technical expertise of a conceptual design of the Project on the Sich-2M Electron-Optical Space System; a methodology of the design of specialized systems for removal of fragments of space technology from operational orbits; trends and problems of the development of space complexes and technologies; the first version of the procedure for computing the longitudinal vibrational accelerations to determine classes of spacecraft, which would be deployed into orbits using Ukrainian launch vehicles; a final report on admittance for manufacturing LJS for the Cyclone-4 №1F space launch vehicle and its test in combination with the VI-1 stage and product 7000, an analysis of implementation of an experimental development work of the Cyclone-4 assemblies, units and systems.
