Based on the developed efficient synthetic protocols, focused sub-libraries of target derivatives, namely 5-substituted 2-amino(imino)-4-thiazolidinones and functionalized thiopyrano[2,3-d]thiazoles, have been synthesized. The methods of chemical optimization of the structure of target compounds have been developed. The physical and chemical properties of synthesized compounds have been studied and their structure was confirmed. Investigation of antitumor activity of synthesized compounds was carried out on cell lines of different genesis.
