Now it is exist the problem of temperature measuring in wide range of temperature especially in aggressive medium (f.e. at temperature value more 1410°C). Because it is very promisingly to use new materials, especially multicomponent ceramic composites. In project has been developed design of multilayer functionally ceramic composites on route of using the interaction of dielectric matrix from silicon nitride with binder, conducting particles as additive and hot pressing environment for achievement during temperature treatment in situ of semiconducting phases. It is shown the possibility for manufacturing the thermocouples in with as positive branch was used conducting particles of B4C, LaB6, carbon fiber etc. and as negative branch was used conducting particles of HfC, TaN, TaC, ZrC, SiC, WC, TiB2. Also was developed the unique method of investigation of physical properties complex of achieved thermocouples.
