Vlokh of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine popup.description2 X-ray structural studies of the TlIn(S1-xSex)2 family single crystals were carried out, on the basis of which their type of structure and spatial group of symmetry at room temperature were established. It has been established that grown TlIn(S1-xSex)2 single-crystals with selenium content in the range of 0 < x < 0.10 belong to the same structural group as TlInS2. The spectra of Raman scattering of TlIn(S1-xSex)2 solid solutions crystals were studied. The investigations of the magnetooptical effect in TlInS2 crystals have shown that the TlInS2 crystal can be regarded as an effective material for magnetooptical control of light radiation.
