On the basis of the obtained results the structure of receiver of signals of this type is formed as the key element of the channel of information transmission. The simulation model of the communication channel using pulsed ultra wideband signals was constructed. The theoretical estimations of the bandwidth of this channel are obtained and the optimal value of the integration time in the receiver is determined. Simulated simulation of the satellite communication channel using pulsed ultra-wideband signals for the case of a low-orbit satellite is carried out. Estimates of the radiated power and the required pulse amplitude at the receiver input for communication are obtained. The approach to the implementation of the satellite communication channel with the use of pulsed ultra-wideband signals for the case of a geostationary satellite is proposed. The calculation of the energy parameters of such a channel is made taking into account administrative constraints on the ultra-wideband signal spectrum. The calculation and selection of the element base, as well as simulation of the transmission path of the communication system with pulsed ultra wideband signals, has been carried out. The implementation of the scheme of the generator of such signals on the basis of charged charge diodes is proposed.
