Purpose: Development of bio / chemosensory analyzers to determine the content of formaldehyde L-lactate, their metrological assessment and experimental approbation. Purpose of the stage of 2017: Approbation of the sensory analyzer on the basis of potential consumers. Preparation of the Laboratory Rules on the chemo- and biosensor elements of the analyzer. Methods of research: microbiological, biochemical, physico-chemical, electrochemical, enzymatic. Laboratory regulations on chemistry and biosensor elements of the analyzer have been prepared. The programs and techniques of technical testing of the device are optimized to the requirements of a potential consumer on the basis of the Department of Blood Biochemistry of the Institute of Pathology of Blood and Transfusion Medicine of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. Training of personnel on the operation of the FORMATEST-2010 analyzer system was performed and a quantitative analysis of L-lactate in pharmaceutical preparations for transfusion administration was done. According to the results of the project in 2017 published 3 articles (with a total impact factor 8,13), 1 section in monographs, 2 theses of reports. Submitted 1 article.
