The research is based on GNSS observations of state, academic, university and commercial networks of Ukraine. The deformation of the earth's crust through the analysis of the velocity vectors was investigated. In particular, ellipses of distortion, rotation, maximum shaer strain and deformation area are obtained. The most active zones are identified, which deserve further detailed investigation using ground-based methods of geodynamics.
