Aim of research - to determine the effectiveness of the use of home IVIG in terms of the concentration of the main classes of immunoglobulins and the effect of IVIG therapy on the blood coagulologic potential in patients with LPN. A general clinical research, as well as to determine the content of the main classes of immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM), and hemostatic parameters prior to chemotherapy in 40 patients with LPN (baseline parameters), before and after IVIG therapy (10 patients with LPN). It is shown the patients with LPN have a wide range of differences of initial indicators of the main classes of Ig content in serum, as well as indicators of the hemostatic system. The use of IVIG "Bioven-mono" in a dose of 0.2 g / kg body weight significantly increased the level of IgG in serum blood and did not cause any significant changes in the hemostasis indices as compared to the data prior to immunotherapy. In addition, we studied the content of the main classes of immunoglobulins and the extent of the home drug purity "Bioven-mono" to be used for immunotherapy of patients with LPN. It was established that two of the eight lots of the drug contained ballast proteins, and elevated levels of IgA and IgM. A cytogenetic study of 23 patients with B-CLL and it is shown that the presence of both quantitative s structural abnormalities of chromosomes may indicate that the multi-level mechanism of abnormal karyotype formation at the time of CLL diagnosis.
