It is established that thepresence of metal ions stimulates the effective nitrogen incorporation in semiconductive structure in the form of substitutional and interstitinal atoms. Modification titania by both zinc ions and nitrogen obtained by sol-gel method leads to the accumulation of doping agent's atoms onto the surface and the formation of the common bonds between metals takes place.
