Karazin popup.description2 The objects of theoretical investigations are coherent properties of the system consisted of layers of low-temperature superconductors divided by layers of insulator (tunnel barriers) or hybrid barriers consisted of insulator and the normal metal. The aim of the work is the creation of coherent emission in long Josephson junctions based on low-temperature superconductors with tunnel barriers or hybrid barriers. The method of investigations is numerical modeling of electrical properties of long Josephson junctions. Parameters necessary for coherent emission in stacks of long Josephson junctions were investigated numerically. Calculations were carried out as for long tunnel junctions as for long junctions with small values of electrical resistance and capacitances that is characteristic of junctions with barriers of the normal metal and hybrid barriers. The formation of zero-field steps in the IV-characteristic was analyzed for the system of two junctions. It was shown that processes of the phase slip in superconducting electrodes MoRe influence the IV-characteristic of the Josephson junction. Results of investigations can be used for the creation of low-power sources of sub-THz radiation for applications in physics. Product Description popup.authors Вовк Р. Гриб О. Коробков М.
