It is established that with mechano-chemical processing of the ZnO-MoO3 mixture, it is possible to obtain nanoscale rods of b-ZnMoO4 phase, while sonochemical synthesis allows the formation of a-ZnMoO4 nanosized structures. The possibility of lithium niobate and calcium niobate nanoparticles formation during mechanochemical and sonochemical treatment of oxides and carbonates mixture was shown.
